HISTORY
FEBRUARY 1945
The Third Reich is collapsing under the relentless advance of the Allies from the west and Soviet troops from the east.
However, the situation in the Alps is different. The Nazi high command intends to resist to the end in the so-called "Alpenfestung" (Alpine Redoubt), a supposed impregnable fortress, which is located in the Tyrolean mountains, where Hitler plans a desperate last stand.
The Office of Strategic Services (OSS) of the US Army recruits three men: Fred Mayer (a German Jew), Hans Wijnberg (a Dutch-born Jew), and Franz Weber (a Wehrmacht deserter).
Main mission: parachute into the area, infiltrate into the village of Oberperfuss, and unveil the truth about the said "Alpine Redoubt."
This adventure is inspired by a real World War II military operation. While the core facts remain, much of the story has been fictionalised.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: To my testers, thank you for your patience and your most precious gift, your time. Without forgetting UTO (@uto_dev) for his technical assistance each time it was requested. And above all the most significant support has come from my family.
SOFTWARE USED: Programmed using the DAAD Ready B System created by Uto, which is in turn based on DAAD by Tim Gilberts, Graeme Yeandle & Huw-Hamer Powell. For graphics, Gemini was used to generate sketches, whilst Dithertron, Photoshop, and Claus Jahn’s ZX Paintbrush were used to import and edit them. The instructions were created using Photoshop.
The background image for itchio and the image showing the layout of the manual’s pages were created using Gemini and subsequently edited in Photoshop.
To create the musical intro, Reaper was used for MIDI editing, Arkos Tracker for importing and extracting musical notes, and Vortex Tracker for transferring those notes. Finally, all the parts were brought together using Boriel Basic.
Thanks to all of them!
FEEDBACK: If you spot any bugs or any unusual behaviour from the parser, please let me know so I can fix it as soon as possible (Thanks!).
HISTORIA
